When we slow down and truly listen to what the body is telling us, a whole world of healing occurs. The pains and aches are all information. The fears and worries are asking to be tended to. Nothing is wrong with you, we just need support on how to work with our gifts.

Sessions include reiki, chakra balancing, & energy work. Some sessions may include inner child work and past lives. I will relay all the info your body shared and record it via voice memo or zoom. Sessions are fully clothed.
